Haymaker Home Loans wasn’t created in a boardroom. It was built from years spent on the front lines of the mortgage business. Our Founder & President, Alex Rayner, spent more than a decade as one of the country’s top loan originators while helping thousands of families finance their homes, working alongside real estate professionals, and learning firsthand what makes a mortgage experience great - and what gets in the way.
 


Over the years, one thing became increasingly clear: there had to be a better way.
 


Customers deserved access to better rates, lower costs, and more loan options. Loan officers deserved the freedom, technology, and support to do their best work. And the referral partners who trusted us with their clients deserved a mortgage company that treated that trust like it mattered.
 


So we built one.
 


Haymaker was created around a simple idea: never stop looking for better. Instead of being limited to one lender or a handful of loan programs, we built a company designed to search across lenders, products, and solutions to find the right mortgage for each customer. We paired that choice with experienced loan officers, modern technology, and a culture that believes speed and great service shouldn't have to come at the expense of one another.
